These gummies are a great addition to my daily routine. I was looking for something natural to help with stress and relaxation, and these have worked really well for me. The flavor is actually very pleasant (not overly sweet or artificial), which makes them easy to take every day.

I truly notice a difference in my ability to focus and my mood to start the day when taking them compared to mornings I forget! I love coffee but it can be overstimulating for me, and these also help level that out. I previously used L-Theanine alone, but these feel like they have a more rounded and positive mental effect. The taste and texture is good too.

Taste is a huge factor for me when I take any chewable supplements… These were perfect, not bitter and not too sweet either. I love that they are vegan since I can't take anything that contains gelatin. They are effective and mild overall… I like that you can take them as needed.

These are really good! I don't know truly if they work yet as I started them on vacation. I wasn't stressed though, so it was either the gummies or the vacation, but neither one hurts! They are very tasty! Try not to leave them in a hot car though, that was a mistake on my part.
