This store (getchoovy.com) is operated by VALIYEV LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("CHOOVY", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be 18 or older to purchase. CHOOVY products are dietary supplements intended for adults.

2. Products & health notice

CHOOVY products are dietary supplements, not medicines. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always read the label, do not exceed the suggested serving, and consult your physician before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition. Keep supplements out of reach of children.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are shown in USD. Taxes, shipping, and any discounts are calculated at checkout. We may cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious pricing or listing error, and we may decline orders that appear fraudulent. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its supported providers; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically every month at a 10% discount until you cancel. You can pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscription at any time, at no cost, from your customer account (Account > Subscriptions) or by emailing support@getchoovy.com. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately; orders already placed ship normally and remain covered by our refund policy. Renewal reminders and receipts are sent to your order email.

5. Discounts

Stack discounts (10% for two items, 20% for three or more) and subscription savings apply as shown at checkout. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders at any time.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs, destinations, and delivery windows are described in our Shipping Policy. For international orders, import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility as described there.

7. Returns & refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of each product line, with no need to return anything — see the Refund Policy for full details, including how bundles and subscriptions are handled.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of your shipping details. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we will always try to help.

9. Content & intellectual property

All content on this site (branding, text, images, label art) belongs to VALIYEV LLC or its licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
