30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want CHOOVY to genuinely work for your routine. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery — no need to send anything back.

How it works: reach out through the contact form on our site (or reply to your order confirmation email) with your order number, and tell us what didn't work — one sentence is enough. We refund the full product price to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

The guarantee covers your first purchase of each CHOOVY product (one bottle or tin per product line). Bundle orders are refunded in proportion to the products you are unhappy with. Shipping charges are refunded when an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your customer portal; cancelling stops all future charges.

Damaged or incorrect order? Contact us with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
