What are the three CHOOVY modes?

Which products contain melatonin?
Only Nightfall, and only 1mg, low-dose, a fraction of the 5-10mg in typical melatonin products. Sunrise and Chill Gum contain zero melatonin.
What is in each product?
Sunrise: cordyceps extract 200mg, GABA 25mg, ginkgo leaf 25mg, L-glutamine 25mg, DMAE 25mg. Chill Gum: reishi extract 200mg, L-theanine 25mg, lemon balm 25mg, passion flower 25mg, valerian root 25mg. What are reishi and cordyceps?
Both are functional mushrooms with long histories in wellness traditions. Reishi is used in calm and balance routines, cordyceps in energy and stamina routines. Neither is psychoactive. Nothing in CHOOVY is.
Will Chill Gum make me sleepy during the day?
It's built for calm, not knockout. Think settled, not sedated. That said, everyone's different, so see how one gummy treats you before making it a daytime habit.
Is CHOOVY habit-forming?
CHOOVY is built for routines, not dependence: nothing psychoactive, nothing intoxicating, no added caffeine, and Nightfall keeps melatonin at a low 1mg. As with any supplement, check with your physician if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition.
I work nights. Does the system still make sense?
Yes. The modes follow your rhythm, not the clock. Your Sunrise is whenever your day starts, 6am or 6pm, and Nightfall is whenever you wind down, even if that's 9 in the morning.
How do I take them?
Gummies: 1-2 daily. Nightfall: place one strip on your tongue and let it dissolve, no water needed, up to 1 strip a day, best 20-30 minutes before you want to wind down. Nightfall may cause drowsiness: avoid driving after taking, and it's for adults 18 and over.
Are they vegan and gluten-free?
Yes. All three are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and non-GMO. The gummies are made in the USA; Nightfall strips are made in India to US supplement standards.
Can I take them with medication?
Please check with your physician first. As with any dietary supplement, consult your doctor before use if you have a medical condition, take any medications (including blood thinners or sedatives), or are pregnant or nursing.

US delivery takes 3 business days ($2.34 standard shipping, free over $50). International destinations, rates, and customs notes are in the shipping policy.
Which countries do you ship to?
The US plus 35+ international destinations including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and much of the EU. The full list with rates is in the shipping policy. If your country isn't listed there, we can't ship to you yet, sorry!
